火力发电机组运行寿命研究及退役容量预测

摘要

The situations of the main equipments of coal-fired power plants, boilers, turbines and generators, were investigated and analyzed, throughout the whole design-test-operation process. Considering all the aspects such as equipments, pipes, building structures etc., the recommended lifespan of various coal-ifred power plants were researched and estimated. Based on that, the retiring/replacement of the installed coal-ifred power plants in China were predicted, including retiring time, average operating period, and yearly retiring capacity.%本文对火电机组关键设备三大主机的设计、检测和实际运行情况进行了调研分析，综合考虑热力系统管道和建筑结构等其他主要因素，从宏观上研究和预测了火力发电机组的运行寿命，对不同容量和参数机组的寿命提出建议性、参考性意见。在此基础上，本文对机组退役或替代时间、周期和容量进行宏观预测。
