横向裂纹深度和质量不平衡方向对转子振动影响的实验研究

         

摘要

In order to ensure the safety of the rotor, the influence of the crack depth and direction of mass unbal-ance ( the included angle between the mass eccentricity and crack direction) on the vibration characteristics of the rotor are studied. The rotor vibration simulation test rig is set up to study the change of the rotor’ s vibration with different crack depth and direction of mass unbalance. The experimental results show that both the frequency and amplitude of the two harmonics are increased with the increase of the crack depth, and the frequency and amplitude of the two harmonics are decreased with the increase of the mass unbalance direction angle. It has some guiding sig-nificance for the identification and monitoring of cracks.%在旋转机械工作中,为保障转子的安全运行,研究转子裂纹深度和质量不平衡方向(质量偏心与裂纹方向的夹角)对转子振动特性的影响。搭建转子振动模拟试验台,改变转子裂纹深度、质量不平衡方向,研究转子的振动变化。实验结果表明,工频与二倍频幅值均随裂纹深度的增加而增大,并且在裂纹较深时,工频与二倍频幅值随质量不平衡方向角的增大而减小,对裂纹的识别或监测有一定的指导意义。
