新型升-降压DC-DC变换器的研究

         

摘要

This paper presents a novel DC-DC converter topology, which has a high voltage ratio and can overcome the defects that the traditional converter can only be boosted or reduced. By studying the working modes of the main topology in a switching cycle, its operating principle is analyzed and its corresponding voltage relations are de-duced. Compared with the DC-DC source Z converter, the new topology has a lower capacitance voltage stress, and the reliability of the circuit is improved. By testing the related performances of the circuit, the theoretical analysis and experimental results are in complete agreement with each other, and the feasibility and advantages of the new DC-DC converter topology are verified by the simulation and experimental results.%提出一种DC-DC变换器拓扑,此种变换器具有大范围的升降压功能,克服了传统变换器只能升压或者只能降压的缺陷。研究了主拓扑在一个开关周期的工作模式,通过分析电路拓扑的工作原理,推导了电路的相关电压关系。与Z源DC-DC变换器进行比较,表明该拓扑具有更低的电容电压应力,同时提高电路的可靠性。通过计算机仿真和样机实验对拓扑进行相关性能测试,理论分析与实验结果完全符合,验证了此DC-DC变换器拓扑的可行性和实用性。
