含分布式发电的热电联供系统负荷恢复策略

         

摘要

近年来含分布式能源的热电联供系统在区域能源系统中得到了广泛应用,而传统故障分析仅针对供电系统进行决策,缺乏对综合能源系统的整体考虑.文章在热电联供能源系统供电中断情况下,研究综合能源系统供能恢复问题.引入换热站模型和高耗电、高产热的大型耗能用户模型描述热电耦合关系,对热-电系统间的能量生产、分配、转换以及不同等级负荷的供能恢复过程进行建模,考虑热惯性影响,利用供热量在空间和时间的弹性,构建热电联供系统负荷恢复策略模型,并用CPLEX求解器求解,得到故障后负荷综合损失最小的方案.利用某热电联供系统算例验证所提方法的有效性.%In recent years,the combined heat and power system with distributed energy sources has been widely used in the regional energy system.However,the traditional fault analysis is only for the decision-making of power supply system,which lacks the overall consideration of the integrated energy system.This paper studies the problem about energy recovery of integrated energy system under the condition that the power supply of the combined heat and power system is interrupted.The heat exchange station model and large consumption user model with high power consumption and high heat production are proposed in order to describe the coupled therm~ and electric relationship,which can help establish an energy supply recovery process model with different load levels for energy production,distribution and conversion between the thermal and electric systems.Considering the influence of thermal inertia,the load recovery strategy model of the combined heat and power system is constructed by using the elasticity of heat supply in space and time,and solved by CPLEX solver to get the minimum loss of load after failure.The validity of the proposed method has been verified by an example of combined heat and power system.
