大规模储能系统提升西北地区可再生能源消纳能力分析

         

摘要

目前我国西北部地区弃风弃光问题突出,已成为制约可再生能源发展的主要因素之一.随着电化学储能技术的快速发展,可通过大规模储能系统的时空功率特性来丰富电网调峰调控手段,提高电网供电可靠性,从而提升西北地区可再生能源消纳能力.首先分析了西北电网中新能源的消纳现状,提出了大规模储能系统在西北电网中的应用场景,分别基于新疆、甘肃及青海电网的实际结构及运行数据对大规模储能系统参与系统调频调压进行仿真验证,基于仿真结果得出储能系统的容量配置方案及投资效益.文章研究结果可为大规模储能系统在我国西北地区的投资运营提供参考依据.%In some parts of our country's northwest area,the wind and solar energy's abandoned phenomenon is severe now which has become one of the main factors to restrict the renewable energy's development. With the rapid development of electrochemical energy storage technology,the time-space power characteristics of large scale energy storage system can rich the grid's peak shaving means,improve the reliability of power supply,thus the renewable energy's given ability of the northwest region will be improved. This paper analyzes the northwest power grid's new energy absorption firstly, and proposes the large scale energy storage system's application scenarios in the northwest power grid. Then,based on the actual structure and operation data of Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai power grids, the simulation of the large scale energy storage system participated in frequency and voltage regulation is conducted. Based on the simulation result, the storage system's configuration scheme and investment benefits are concluded. The research results can provide a reference basis for the large scale energy storage system's investment and operation in northwest region.
