为满足现代智能电站通信要求,提出了一种新的基于现场可编程门阵列( FPGA)和先进精简指令集计算机(ARM)的智能合并单元实现方案:将合并单元分为基于FPGA的数据重采样逻辑功能模块和基于ARM的数据组帧与网络通信功能模块,利用FPGA的实时运算能力和众多的I/O数据通道来实现对多路电气信号的重采样;利用ARM的网络通信能力和数据处理能力实现将数据的网络组帧和通信.通过实验实现了遵循IEC61850-9-2标准的变电站网络数据交换.实验结果证明,所阐述的智能合并单元设计方案能够满足智能化变电站对智能合并单元的多任务、大信息量及高通信速度的要求.%A solution based on FPGA( Field Programmable Gate Array) and ARM (Advanced RISC Machines) is proposed for the implementation of intelligent merging unit,which is divided into two functional modules. The FPGA-based module applies the real-time calculation capability and I/O ports of FPGA to realize the resampling of multiple electrical signals while the ARM-based module applies the data processing and network communication capability of ARM to realize the dada framing and communication. Experiment shows the IEC61850-9-2 based data exchange through substation network is realized,which proves that the proposed solution of intelligent merging unit meets the requirements of smart substation for the multi-task, mass and high-speed data communication.
