改进型有源均流法及其在多相Buck变换器中的应用

     

摘要

传统的有源均流法在计算参考电流时需要占用大量的存储空间,且增大了系统的通信负担.对此提出了一种改进型的有源均流法,通过对均流算法的优化和瞬态性能的改进,极大地节省了存储空间,提高了运行速度,降低了通信负担.以四相Buck变换器为例,采用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真验证,设定输入电压9V、输出电压1.5 V,每一相的开关频率100 kHz,并在负载电流从100A到200 A变化时,验证了系统的瞬态性能.%Traditional active current sharing method needs massive storage space for calculating the reference current and increases the system communication load. An improved active current sharing method is proposed, which saves storage space,increases operating speed and lowers communication load by optimizing its algorithm and enhancing its transient performance. A simulative verification is carried out with Matlab/Simulink for the four-phase Buck converter to test its transient performance;the input voltage is 9V,the output voltage is 1.5V, each phase switching frequency is 100kHz,and the load current changes from 100 A to 200 A.
