基于测量值的无源滤波器设计新方法及其应用

     

摘要

A method of passive filter design based on actual measurements is proposed,which simulates the harmonic current source of industrial production, applies the Fourier transform and Matlab programming to obtain the amplitude and initial phase angle of each component from the actual current measurement, and adopts the superposition theorem to analyze the electrical system containing harmonic current for building the black box model of current-type harmonic source load. A high-capacity passive filter is designed based on the black box model,and the harmonic current magnification and its influence are analyzed, which are verified by later practical project. This method is applied to theoretically explain a serious over-current accident of passive filter. Suggestions are given to the design on passive filter.%提出了一种基于实际测量值的无源滤波器设计新方法,该方法致力于模拟出工业生产中真实的谐波电流源,以傅里叶变换为工具,通过Matlab编程,得到实际测量电流波形中各次分量的幅值与初始相角.对含有谐波电流的电气系统采用叠加定理分析,进而得到电流型谐波源负载的黑盒模型.应用此黑盒模型设计了一种大容量无源滤波器方案,分析了各次谐波电流的放大倍数及其影响.后期的工程实践证明了该方法的正确性.另外,针对一起无源滤波器严重过流的事故,应用该方法给出了较好的理论解释.最后总结出几条关于设计无源滤波器的建议.
