The cause and decisive factors of over-voltage during the breaking-off of solid-state circuit breaker with short-circuit current are analyzed and a new type of its topology is proposed,which releases the electromagnetic energy of faulty line through a capacitive current branch to reduce the amplitude of over-voltage.The principle of over-voltage suppression with current release branch is analyzed and the overall control of solid-state circuit breaker is brought forward.A "mirror"structure of solid-state circuit breaker is proposed to meet the requirement of micro-grid for bi-direcfionM power flow.Simulative results demonstrate its obvious effectiveness in over-voltage suppression.%在分析短路电流开断过程中过电压产生机理和决定因素的基础上,提出一种新型的固态断路器拓扑结构,通过容性续流支路释放故障回路中的电磁能量,从而降低过电压幅值.对续流支路抑制过电压的工作过程和机理进行了分析,并给出了断路器的整体控制方法.为满足微型电网双向潮流的特殊应用,提出镜像结构的固态断路器拓扑.仿真结果表明,增加续流支路的固态断路器,过电压抑制效果明显.
