一种三级式航空无刷同步电机起动控制策略

             

摘要

When three-stage aviation brushless synchronous motor is excited by single-phase AC during the starting period, the excitation current of the main generator contains pulsating components, and the e-lectromagnetic and mechanical coupling between the main generator and exciter is serious. The adoption of traditional control method based on single motor model for starting control leads to the motor torque with larger ripple, and makes the starting with load difficult. A starting control strategy under unstable current excitation was presented, based on the analysis of the output characteristics of exciter and the research of the integration model considering exciter and main generator in starting period. Experiment results verify that this method is insensitive to the excitation pulsating disturbance, and great improvement is achieved in the stability and load capacity of motor state.%针对三级式航空无刷同步电机在采用单相交流励磁方式实现起动功能的过程中,主发电机励磁电流脉动,与励磁机电磁和机械耦合严重,采用单一电动机模型的传统起动控制方法会导致电机转矩脉动大、带载起动困难的问题,通过分析励磁机在起动过程中的输出特性,研究集励磁机和主发电机的一体化数学模型,提出了一种在非恒定电流励磁情况下的三级式航空无刷同步电机起动控制策略.实验结果表明,该控制策略对励磁脉动干扰不敏感,可明显提高电机在电动状态时的运行稳定性以及带载能力.
