对于航天设备上的驱动电机而言,轻型化是一个非常主要的要求,应用普通材料的传统电机很难在轻型化方面有大的改进. 针对所研究电机的特点,以整体结构的高饱和磁密软磁材料1 J22合金作为铁心材料,以剩余磁密高的钕铁硼48 H作为磁钢材料,对中空环形直驱式永磁伺服电机进行了轻型化技术研究,同时特别分析了电机外径对减重效果的影响. 研究结果表明,对所研究的样机,在最大输出力矩不变的前提下,电机的轴向长度和重量分别减小了22. 4%和25. 8%,效果明显. 研究成果对相关工程技术人员有重要的参考价值.%Light weight is an important requirement for driving motors used in aerospace instruments, but is is difficult for the motors using common materials to be more light and small vlume. A new 1J22 alloy with high saturation magnetic flux density and NFeB 48 H with high Br were used in a direct driving per-manent magnet servo motor to obtain a light weight design research, where influences of motor outer diam-eter to the light weight effect was also specially carried out. To the studied prototype, the axial length and weight of the motor were reduced 22. 4% and 25. 8% respectively. The results are valuable and good ref-erences to the relative engineering researchers.
