成型绕组无损嵌线工艺在大型永磁直驱风力发电机中的应用

摘要

Based on the analysis of the construction features of large-sized direct-driven permanent-magnet Generators for wind turbines(DPGW) and insulation damage caused in winding inserting process, a new undamaged operation process of preformed winding inserting was put forward. The results indicated that integrity and reliability of insulating structure got assuring effectively with the use of undamaged operation process.%基于对内定子结构大型永磁直驱风力发电机的结构特点及绕组嵌装过程可能发生绝缘缺陷的分析,提出一种无损嵌线工艺方法.结果表明该嵌线工艺方法可有效保证大型永磁直驱风力发电机定子绝缘结构的完整性和可靠性.
