开关磁阻电机的直接瞬时转矩控制系统设计与仿真

         

摘要

Direct instantaneous torque control (DITC) method to reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor was adopted. According to the control principle of DITC, a hysteresis torque controller for different conduction areas was designed, and its simulation model was built and researched. Simulation result showed that DITC method could limit torque wave into the hysteresis band as expected, and also control torque rapidly and accurately during speed adjusting period. Torque waveform was greatly superior to that of traditional current chop control method. It demonstrates that DITC method could both improve switched reluctance motor's dynamic and steady torque performance effectively.%采用了直接瞬时转矩控制(DITC)方法来抑制开关磁阻电机(SRM)的转矩脉动.介绍了DITC方法的控制原理,据此设计了不同导通区间内的转矩滞环控制器,并进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,DITC方法能够按预定的要求将转矩波动范围控制在滞环限内,在调速阶段能够快速跟踪和准确地控制转矩,转矩波形明显优于传统电流斩波控制下的转矩波形,证明了所设计的DITC方法能够有效提升SRM动、静态工作过程中的转矩性能.
