交流永磁同步电动机伺服驱动系统在电梯上的应用

     

摘要

介绍了国内外电梯驱动永磁同步电动机伺服系统的使用概况。通过搭建平台、数据采样、试验分析等手段,验证其相关机械特性及控制品质特性,如控制精度、快速性、稳定性等。将交流伺服系统驱动的三相永磁同步( SM型)电动机应用在电梯上,改善了电梯调速系统的动态性能,做到了节能减耗,降低了电梯的运营成本,为推广永磁电动机交流伺服系统应用于电梯市场提供了借鉴和帮助。%The situations of the use of elevators driven permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system in domestic and foreign were introduced. By the way of platform, data sampling, test analysis and other means, its related mechanical properties and control of quality characteristics, such as control precision, quickness, stability, etc. , were verified. Three-phase AC servo system of permanent magnet synchronous ( SM type) motors were used in elevators to improve the dynamic performance of the elevator speed control, and to reduce consumption of energy, reducing the elevator operating costs. And for promoting the permanent magnet AC servo motor to be used in elevator systems market it offers a good reference and help.
