SPWM型变频器供电下异步电机电磁噪声

         

摘要

对SPWM变频器供电时的谐波进行了频率分析,采用有限元软件对异步电机径向电磁力进行了仿真计算,得到在电磁力密度的频谱中,开关频率附近的边带频率特征较为突出,并与试验测试结果一致,证明了采用该方法进行电磁力计算的正确性,可为进一步研究变频器供电异步电机振动噪声理论基础的技术人员提供参考。%Harmonic frequency under SPWM inverter power supply was analyzed using finite element software. Electromagnetic radial force of induction motor was calculated and simulated. And it was found that features of sideband frequencies are more prominent, which are near switching frequency in the frequency spectrum of electromagnetic force density. And the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, which proves that the method of calculating the electromagnetic force is correct. And the method provides references for technical staff to further study noise and vibration of induction motor under inverter power supply.
