为配套中央空调通风机,提高风机效率,设计了一款1800 r/min、200 W的三相无刷直流电动机,从电动机结构、永磁材料、磁体结构等方面分析了永磁无刷直流电机的设计要求。利用Ansys/Maxwell 2D建立了该电动机的二维有限元仿真模型,对其性能进行了仿真,并进行了试制、调试及试验。结果表明:该永磁无刷直流电动机驱动风机的性能良好、效率高,节能效果显著。%In order to form a complete set of central air conditioning air-pumps and to improve efficiency, a three phase brushless DC motor of 1 800 r/min, 200 W was designed, and the design demands of the motor structure, materials, magnet structure were analyzed. With Maxwell of Ansys, a 2D finite element analysis model for the motor was established, and some performances of the motor were simulated. The design scheme was tested and the sample was manufactured. The measured data show that the motor has more advantages for industrialization, which are confirmed to be of high efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effect.
