双绕组永磁容错电机矢量控制及其容错策略分析∗

     

摘要

The basic principle of vector control method for dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor ( DFTPMM) was introduced. The control strategy of direct-axis current id =0 was selected. Fault-tolerant strategies of open-circuit, short-circuit and their combinations was proposed. The combined simulation models of DFTPMM current vector control system was built in the Ansoft Maxwell 14 and Simplorer 9. 0 environment. The simulations were performed under fault conditions of one-phase, two-phase three-phase open-circuit and one-phase short-circuit. The results showed that the control system had good fault-tolerant capability and could satisfy the demands of speed and torque control. When faults occurred, using the proposed fault-tolerant strategies could effectively suppress torque ripple and maintain speed stable.%介绍了双绕组永磁容错电机电流矢量控制系统的基本原理,在采用直轴电流id =0控制方法的基础上,提出开路故障、短路故障及组合故障的容错控制策略。在Ansoft Maxwell 14和Simplorer 9.0环境下,建立了系统的联合仿真模型,并研究了在一相、两相、三相开路和单相短路故障下容错控制策略实施前后的电流、转矩和转速响应曲线。仿真结果表明,双绕组永磁容错电机的电流矢量控制具有较强的容错能力和良好的速度、转矩控制特性,当发生故障时,采用所提容错控制策略,能有效抑制转矩脉动,维持转速稳定。
