特高效隔爆型三相异步电动机电磁设计探讨

摘要

阐述了特高效( IE4级，中国能效标准1级)隔爆型三相异步电动机电磁设计的思路，重点从三圆、转子槽型、槽配合及斜槽度、硅钢片的经济性、时步有限元损耗分析软件和低谐波绕组应用五个方面分析了特高效隔爆型三相异步电动机电磁设计方面的方法和措施。%It describes electric design of ultra high efficiency flameproof 3-phase asynchronous motor, put emphasis on 5 aspects to analyze the measures for electric design of ultra high efficiency flameproof 3-phase asynchronous motor, which are 3-circle sizes, rotor slot type, slot fitting and skew slot angle, the economy of silicon steel sheet, time-stepping finite element loss analysis soft-ware and low harmonic winding application.
