基于Simplorer的SRD动态建模与实验研究

         

摘要

A method of modeling and simulation of switched reluctance motor drive (SRD) based on Sim-plorer and Maxwell was presented. Taking the common four-phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor (SRM) for example,first uses Ansoft/Rmxprt for the initial structure design of motor and its performance verification,and then Ansoft own interface is used to make the geometry model into Maxwell 2D, which can carry out finite element method calculation by both transient and magnetostatic solution type. Finally, commutation and power converter circuit are built based on Simplorer to form mechatronics system,simulation analysis and experimental study verify the accuracy of the model respectively,and system-level co-simulation enables results closer to the actual motor operating conditions and accurately reflects the operating performance, which provides an effective tool for the study and design of SRD control system.%提出了一种基于Simplorer+Maxwell的开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)建模与联合仿真方法.以常用的4相8/6结构开关磁阻电机(SRM)为例,首先利用Ansoft/Rmxprt对电机本体进行初始设计与性能校核,然后利用Maxwell 2D进行瞬态和稳态运行分析的有限元计算,最后基于Simplorer搭建系统功率变换器与换相电路,组成机电一体化系统进行联合仿真.仿真和实验研究分别验证了模型的准确性,且系统级联合仿真更加接近电机实际运行工况,为研究和设计SRD控制系统提供了一种实用有效的途径.
