变频流量控制器的研制

     

摘要

利用无流量检测技术,研制出一种基于空间矢量的PWM算法的全数字化变频流量控制器,将变频调速功能和流体的计量功能有机融合在一起.该控制器主要由主电路和控制电路两部分组成,采用DSP实现SVPWM波的输出,有效控制了智能功率模块IPM,使输出电流波形的正弦度很高,并且流量计量精度误差控制在1%以下.研制成功后已在多家化工企业使用,运行效果很好.实践证明该控制器设计理念新颖、运行稳定可靠,市场应用前景广阔.%A full digital frequency conversion flux controller was developed based on a SVPWM algorithm by using sensorless measuring technology. It combines the function of frequency speed regulation and the function of flux measurement of the fluid. The controller mainly consists of main circuit and control circuit. The output of SVPWM wave is realized by DSP. It controls effectively the intelligent power module (IPM), and makes the sinusoidal degree of the waveform of the output current very high, and also controls the flux accuracy error under 1%. It has been put into use in several chemical enterprises after its successful development, and has good operation effect. The application practice proves that the controller is of novel design as well as stable and reliable operation and will have a wide prospect of application market.
