混合调制单相Cuk集成式升压逆变器研究

         

摘要

为满足低输入电压逆变场合的要求,提出了一种混合调制单相Cuk集成式升压逆变器.该逆变器通过复用功率器件,将Cuk变换器和传统全桥逆变器集成在一起,并通过昆合调制同时实现逆变器直流电压泵升和输出电压正弦化.相对于其他单级式升压逆变器,其在拓扑简洁度、控制难易度和电压泵升能力等方面均呈现一定优势.介绍了混合调制策略的工作原理,给出了集成式升压逆变器的拓扑构成;详细分析了该逆变器的工作原理,并推导了输入、输出电压传输比;通过一台500 W/20 kHz的原理样机仿真验证了该集成式升压逆变器的可行性及理论分析的可行性.%To be suitable for the requirement of low input voltage inversion applications,a novel single phase Cuk integrated step-up inverter with mixed modulation was proposed.The proposed inverter integrated the Cuk converter and the conventional full-bridge inverter by sharing power switching devices.Besides,it could achieve both the DC voltage pumping up and the output voltage sinusoidal through mixed modulation.Compared with other single-stage step-up inverters,it had the advantages of topological simplicity,control difficulty level and voltage pump capacity.At first,the operating principle of mixed modulation was illustrated,while the topology of the inverter was introduced,then the operation principles were analyzed in detail and the transfer ratio of input voltage and output voltage were deduced.At last,the validity and effectiveness of the proposed inverter have been verified by the simulation results of a 500 W/20 kHz prototype.
