电动汽车用双感应电机单变频驱动系统研究

     

摘要

采用双感应电机设计的电动汽车总成系统,存在需要提高功率密度和集成度的问题.针对此问题,设计了一种用于电动汽车的双感应电机单变频独立驱动控制系统,其中驱动2台感应电机变频器属于5桥臂2电平电路拓扑.首先,对5桥臂电路拓扑对应的电压空间矢量关系进行了分析;然后在经典的间接磁场定向矢量控制基础上,设计了控制器和对应的脉宽调制策略;最后,搭建了5桥臂变频驱动试验平台,开展了双感应电机驱动试验,试验结果验证了2台电机能被独立控制,并具有较好的转速和转矩响应.%There is a need to improve the power density and integration of the electric vehicle assembly system with double induction motors. In order to solve this problem,a single inverter drive control system with double induction motor independent for electric vehicle was designed. The five legs two level circuit topology was adopted in the inverter corresponding to drive the two induction motors. First of all,the voltage space vector relation of the five legs circuit topology was analyzed,and then the controller was designed based on the classical indirect field oriented vector control, and the pulse width modulation was also considered. Finally,the five legs inverter drive test platform was built,and the dual induction motor drive experiments were carried out. The results show that the two motors can be controlled independently,and the speed and torque response are good.
