矿用锂离子电池主动均衡控制系统的研究

         

摘要

The battery detection chip which adoptd cascading style,and whose model was LTC6804-1,was used as the SOC active equilibrium system of the lithium battery to satisfy the real-time and accuracy requirements about the battery voltage,temperature,current each cell in the safe supply system of the mine evacuation chamber.And it could complete the data collection combining microprocessors whose model was Freescale KEA128 series to a large number of cells in a relatively short period of time. Currently,equalization methods of the battery pack are mostly passive equilibrium,however,some shortcomings are exited in passive equilibrium,such as low efficiency,plenty of fever,or it can not give full play to the battery life and so on. To overcome these problems,an active equilibrium system of transformer based on LTC3300-1 was designed,which was also based on the battery SOC,as well as the system had higher balancing efficiency and larger energy efficiency.The experimental results are obvious.%针对矿山避难硐室安全供电系统中锂电池的SOC主动均衡系统对各单体电池电压、温度、电流等信息采集的实时性和精确性等要求,使用电池检测芯片LTC6804-1,并采用级联方式,结合飞思卡尔KEA128系列微处理器可对多节电池在较短时间内完成数据采集.目前电池组的均衡方法大多数是被动均衡,但被动均衡存在效率低、发热大,不能充分发挥动力电池的续航能力等不足.为克服这些不足,设计了一种基于LTC3300-1的变压器主动均衡系统,并以电池SOC为均衡依据,其均衡效率高,能量利用率大.实验验证效果明显.
