本文指出了我国现行的应试教育贻误创新人才的培养:重共性,轻个性,不搞因材施教;重理论知识,轻实践能力和素质教育;重传承,轻创新,将学生的思想通过应试教育束缚在教材的权威中.指出中国创新思维习惯和素质教育缺失的原因,在于:在漫长的封建制度束缚下,形成了思维保守的民族劣根性;社会上的知识商人和传媒为应试教育大造声势,推波助澜.笔者对改革教育培养学生创新素质提出如下建议:改变教育的理念,转变传统应试教育观为创新素质教育观;改革教育体制,确立创新素质教育模式;改革教学内容、方法和手段,更好地培养创新型人才;改革考试制度,实施多种选拔人才的方法,防止一考定终身.及时发现、调整教学、教改中发现的新问题,并鼓励学生挑战"权威".%It was point out that the cultivation of innovative talents is adversely affected by the current ex-am- oriented education system in China:pay more attention to the universality,pay less to the individuality and not teach students in accordance with their aptitude;pay more attention to the theoretical knowledge,pay less to the practical ability and quality- oriented education;pay more attention to the inheritance,pay less to the innovation and fetter innovation and creativity in a cage of authority and classic. The reason why innovation- oriented education is missing is analyzed:national deep- rooted bad habits were formed gradually under the influence of millennium- long feudalism;a misguided conviction of"personal fate is determined by one single test,just like a carp leaping into the Dragon's Gate"is formed gradually by the millennium Imperial Examination System. Exam- oriented education sys-tem is advocated by knowledge businessman and mass media,adding fuel to the fire. A few suggestions were pro-posed by the author to develop innovation- oriented education:transforming education concept from exam- oriented into innovation- oriented,reforming education system to establish innovation- oriented education pattern,reforming the contents,methods and means of the teaching to cultivate juveniles' creative personality,reforming the examination system to achieve the goal of selecting talents by various ways,not just by a single examination,paying attention to new problems appeared in education reform and in teaching and learning,correcting them in time,and encouraging students to refuse blind faith in"authorities".
