基础教育资源配置与居住空间分异--以天津市为例的研究

摘要

The basic education as an important residential supporting,and it’s configuration is closely related by residential space differentiation.The basic education resources of high quality can increase the residential area value ,and increased differentiation of residential space.On the other hand,residential differentiation also makes the middle and upper class grasp the high-quality educational resources firmly.At the meantime,with the modernization of city,the newly affluent residential area will introduce high-quality educational resources,accelerate the differentiation of educational resources.%基础教育作为居住的重要配套，其配置情况与居住空间分异紧密相关。优质的基础教育资源可以增加所在居住区的价值，进而加剧居住空间的分异。另一方面，居住分异也使优质教育资源牢牢掌握在中上阶层，同时，随着城市化的进程，新兴的富裕居住区会引入优质教育资源，加速教育资源的分化。
