以传统民营企业———浙江步阳集团为例,分析该企业从创立至今的转型升级之路,梳理其采取的致力于主营业务的产品多元化、遍布全球的市场扩张多元化、基于自主品牌战略的投资多元化,以及发展以核心技术为轴心的同心多元化、转向弱相关或非相关产业的混合多元化等不同的转型升级举措,以期为其他中小企业的转型升级提供一定的借鉴与参考。%Taking the traditional private enterprise—Zhejiang Buyang Group as an example,this article analyzes a series of small business’s transformation path,including devoting to product diversification of company’s main business,making a network of market expansion diversification around the world,carrying out investment diversification based on own brand,developing concentric diversification centered round core technology,and carrying out investment diversification of turning to the low-correlative or non-correlative industry.It aims at providing guidance and consideration for other small business’s transformation and upgrading.
