管制模式下的我国电网企业投资回报率研究

摘要

By analyzing the rate of return in Chinese grid enterprises under investment mode regulation model,this paper proposes the value estimation method for the regulated rate-of-return(ROR) parameters.Then the value range of equity risk coefficient is defined by analogy analysis,and the regulated rate of return of Chinese grid enterprises is accordingly determined.Finally,suggestions are put forward about the ROR strategy and adjustment for Chinese grid enterprises.%分析管制模式下我国电网企业投资回报率的表现形式,提出了管制模式下的投资回报率参数估算取值方法,通过类比分析法确定了权益风险系数取值范围,进而确定了我国电网企业管制投资回报率,并对我国电网企业管制投资回报率的决策和调整提出了建议。
