风电大规模并网背景下我国电力需求侧响应实施模式

摘要

基于我国风电快速发展的背景,分析了当前我国风电并网管理模式存在的主要问题;结合需求侧响应机制的实施特性,阐述了在风电并网管理中引入需求侧响应机制的重要意义;最后,针对我国市场初级阶段、过渡阶段、完善阶段的系统运行控制技术水平和市场环境,分别提出了以上三个市场发展阶段计及风电大规模并网的需求侧响应实施模式,以期为我国风电并网管理工作提供有益参考。%Based on the rapid growth of wind power in China,the major problems of contemporary wind power integration management mode are analyzed;regarding to the implementation characteristics of demand side response mechanism, the importance of introducing demand side response into wind power integration management is illustrated. Considering the level of system operation technology and market environment in the initial stage,transition stage and mature stage of electricity market,the implementation modes of demand side response in these three stages are put forward respectively on the background of large-scale wind power integration,aiming to provide an useful reference for wind power integration management work in China.
