文章通过引入高新技术企业联盟能力作中介变量，构建了R&D联盟网络中心性和结构洞位置属性与高新技术企业竞争优势之间关系的概念模型。利用结构方程模型结合对台湾南港软体工业园和工业局企业中R&D部门的高层经理人的调查数据，对概念模型进行了实证研究，并得出R&D联盟网络中心性和结构洞位置属性均能够通过高新技术企业联盟能力的中介作用对高新技术企业竞争优势产生显著的正相关影响的结论。%By introducing the alliance ability of the high and new technology enterprises as an intermediary variable,a concep-tual model for the relationship between competitive advantage of high and new technology enterprises and location properties of R&D alliance network including network central and structural holes is proposed. The structural equation model is also used to study the conceptual model from an empirical view using the data collected from some senior executives in Nankang Software Park in Taiwan and Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan. The results indicate that R&D alliance network central and structur-al holes have a significant and positive impact on the competitive advantage of the high and new technology enterprises through the intermediary variable of the alliance ability.
