文章在深入分析孵化器可持续发展系统的构成要素及其各要素之间相互关系的基础上，建立孵化器可持续发展系统动力学模型，并通过Vensim软件对模型的运行进行仿真，仿真结果显示不同的收益策略、不同的扶持模式对孵化器收入、在孵企业数量、毕业企业数量具有不同的影响。租金及物业管理费可使孵化器获取短期收益，创业企业资本收益可使创业孵化器获取长期收益，创业孵化器应根据自身经济资本存量相机选择收益策略。服务型扶持策略可吸引创业企业入孵创业，成长型扶持策略可促进创业企业成长，创业孵化器应根据孵化器的发展阶段相机选择扶持策略。%The article built system dynamics of incubator sustainable development based on the thorough analysis of the ele-ments of the system and the relationship of the elements. The paper simulated the operation of the model through the Vensim software. The result showed different income strategies and different support patterns have different effects on the income of in-cubation,number of enterprises in incubation,and number of graduation enterprises. The rent and property management fees can make the incubator obtain short-term income,capital gains of enterprises can make the business incubator gain long-term profit, and business incubator should choose income strategy according to its own economic capital. Service support strategy can attract entrepreneurial incubating entrepreneurs, growing support strategy can promote the growth of venture enterprises, and incubator should choose support strategy according to the developmental stages.
