安徽省位于中国东南部,著名的郯庐断裂带斜跨全省,抗震设防工作形势严峻.为了深入了解中小学校舍和农村民居的抗震设防现状,2010年7月,省地震局组织专家对皖东北部分地区开展专项调研.从管理、规划、设计、施工等方面总结一些合理的做法,结合目前新农村建设的背景和农民的经济情况,提出改善民居抗震性能的相关措施.并选用结构易损性分析的确定性方法对民居进行震害预测,以评价该地区的震害程度,预测震害分布,为今后的抗震设防工作提供参考.%Anhui province is located in southeastern China, where the famous Tan-Lu fault zone across through, seismic fortification work situation is grim. In order to deeply understand the seismic fortification present situation of primary and middle school buildings and rural residential, the provincial seismological bureau organized some experts to develop special investigation of the northeast part in Anhui in July 2010. Summarizing some reasonable approach from management, planning, design, construction, and combining with the current background of the new rural development and farmers' economic situation, some measures are put forward to improving the seismic performance of residential-related. And through using the structure vulnerability analysis certainty method to predict earthquake damage to residence, the extent of earthquake damage in the region is evaluated, and the distribution of earthquake damage for future reference for seismic fortification work is predicted.
