抗震性能化设计在某高层抗震加固中的应用

         

摘要

The analytic study of one high-rise building with shear wall structure is carried out in this paper.The elasticity under frequent earthquakes and unyieldingness under both fortification earthquakes and seldomly occurred earthquakes are mainly focused.On the premise of profound understanding of the actual seismic performance of the existing building,a practical,economical and reasonable seismic strengthening plan is designed by means of the performance-based seismic design theory in order to meet the "three stages,two levels" seismic requirements.%通过对某高层住宅楼剪力墙结构进行小震弹性、中震不屈服及大震不屈服的分析研究,深入了解既有建筑物实际的抗震性能.采用抗震性能化设计理论,确定切实可行、经济合理的抗震加固设计方案,使其满足“三阶段、二水准”的抗震要求.
