中国北方岩溶区地下岩溶水库地表水库联合调蓄

         

摘要

从中国北方岩溶水资源环境动力系统特征出发,论证北方岩溶区地下岩溶水库地表水库联合调蓄的意义。以济南泉域为例,探讨了封闭千佛山断裂,开发西郊地下岩溶水库和地表水库联合调蓄,以达到保泉供水目的的可行性。结果表明,在中国北方岩溶区进行地下岩溶水库地表水库联合调蓄,将可有效地截取地表洪水,增加地下水开采量,调节地下水与地表水资源环境。从而为解决我国北方岩溶水资源紧缺问题提供一条有效途径。%Based on the dynamic system characteristics of the karstgroundwater resource environment in north China, the significance of coupling-management of underground karst reservoir and the surface reservoir is discussed. The feasibility of keeping water supply and maintaining the spring flux in Ji’nan is described. The measures are to obstruct the penetrable part of the Qianfoshan fault and to coupling-manage the underground karst reservoir and surface reservoir in the western suburban area in Ji’nan. The results show that the flood can be effectively intercepted and restored in the karst area of north China by the coupling-management of the underground karst reservoir and the surface reservoir, which can cause the increase of the exploitation of groundwater and improve the environment of groundwater and surface water. The coupling-management is an effective way to solve the problem of karst water resource shortage in north China.
