新一代110 kV工频电压比例标准装置及其应用

摘要

比较分析了工频电压比例自校系统溯源的发展过程，提出了半绝缘互感器电压串联加法新线路，建立了110 kV工频电压比例国家计量标准装置，计量性能提升了2个准确度等级，克服了原有自校系统中主标准必须为全绝缘屏蔽型电压互感器的局限性，减少了由于屏蔽电位引入的不确定度，准确度等级更高、开放性更好，适合在省级计量机构推广应用。%　　The paper compares and analyzes the traceable development of power frequency voltage ratio system, and proposes a traceability method based on semi-insulating voltage series summation. The new generation national 110kV Power Frequency Voltage Ratio Standard Apparatus capable of boosting accuracy by two grades is then established. Unlike the old system, in which the main standard must be of fully-insulating, the apparatus reduces the uncertainty caused by the shielding potential. With higher accuracy and greater openness, this new system is suitable to be widely applied in provincial metrology institutes.
