一种辐射定标光源LED驱动电路

摘要

为了在轨定标空间光学仪器，需要获得具有稳定发光强度的辐射定标光源LED。该文分析了辐射定标光源LED自身特性以及影响因素，并且给出了LED驱动电路，详细阐述了电路参数与驱动电流的关系。最终，驱动电路满足输出电流精度0.1%的指标要求。%In order to calibrate space optical instrument on orbit ,LED Light Source must be provided with stable luminous inten⁃sity in Radiometric Calibration.This paper analyzes LED's characteristics and influence factors of radiometric calibration LED light source ,then, the LED drive circuit is Given,and the relationship between the circuit parameters and the driving current is described.Finally ,the driving circuits meet the requirements of the output current accuracy of 0.1%.
