文章通过对专家信息进行采集管理,设计了随机抽取专家形成评标专家组,确保专家抽取的随机性合理性,采用自动短信通知评标专家组成员,避免了抽中专家信息泄露,增加采购过程中的透明度与公开化,提高了招投标管理工作办事效率.%Based on expert information collection and management, design of randomly selected expert evaluation expert group formed to ensure the randomness of experts drawn rationality, automatic SMS notification evaluation panel members to avoid pump-ing expert information leakage, increase procurement process transparency and openness, improving the efficiency of the manage-ment of the bidding.
