一套石化企业危险源管理应用系统研究与建设

摘要

本文根据中海油应急管理体系规范要求，通过系统化手段实现安全生产管理及应急事件的全过程综合化、立体化、协同化处置，并建立石化企业风险分析识别预警与安全应急管理信息化支持体系与应用系统。%In accordance with Specifications in CNOOC Emergency Management System,the article discusses to establish IT-supported emergency management application system for risks analysis,recognition,warning in petrochemical enterprises. The system integrates the results from researches on theories and methods for emergency management model,dynamic data collecting and monitoring,dynamic risks assessment and warning,visualized commanding and coordinating system for emergencies.
