为降低DZ4定向凝固镍基高温合金的磨削温度,防止磨削烧伤,本文在通过实验方法建立DZ4合金磨削加工时磨削比能与弧区热流密度计算公式的基础上,利用基于遗传算法的多目标约束优化方法,对磨削DZ4合金时的砂轮形貌与磨削工艺参数进行了优化设计,为这些参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。%In this paper the grinding parameters of DZ4 superalloy are optimized to prevent the grinding burn. The optimization is based on a multiple-objective genetic algorithm, and the relationship between specific energy and heat flow density in contact zone is analysed by experiments. The results show that the optimization is useful in selecting grinding parameters.
