坚硬致密岩层打滑形式分析及金刚石钻头的选择

     

摘要

钻进坚硬致密弱研磨性岩层,常常会出现所谓的钻头“打滑”现象.通过对钻头出现打滑原因和打滑形式的分析,总结了金刚石钻头的性能与结构、金刚石参数以及钻进工艺参数对钻进硬而致密岩石的影响,提出了只要钻头性能、岩石性质、钻进工艺参数三者能够优化配合,就能在坚硬致密的岩层中取得好的钻进效果.%Slipping phenomenon of diamond bit is often encountered when drilling hard, compact and low-abrasive rock formations. According to the analysis on the reasons and the forms of diamond bit slipping, the authors summarized the main influences of the performance and structure of diamond bits, diamond parameters as well as drilling technological parameters on the drilling of the hard- compact rock formation. The results illustrated that good drilling effects can be achieved as long as the three main parameters including the bit performances, the rock characteristics and the drilling technological parameter were optimally compatible.
