本文回顾了纤维增强树脂切割砂轮标准演化的历史,介绍了JB/T 4175 - 2006《固结磨具纤维增强树脂切割砂轮》标准与JB/T 4175 - 1994《纤维增强树脂薄片砂轮》相比的主要变化,包括标准名称、适用范围、极限偏差、形位公差、单点侧向负荷试验方法、三点侧向负荷试验方法、侧向抗冲击负荷试验方法等；修订后的标准采用了ISO及国外先进标准的相关内容,可提高了国内产品标准水平.指出了JB/T 4175 -2006标准中还需完善的问题,包括标准适用范围未涵盖42型砂轮、完善静不平衡K系数、适当的砂轮回转试验方法、合理的回转强度检验规则等.%This paper reviews evolution history of the fiber reinforced resin cutting wheel standard. The major changes of two standards JB/T4175 -2006 and JB / T4175 - 1994 are compared, including standard name, scope of application, limit deviation and shape and position tolerance, single point lateral load test method, three point lateral load test method, lateral impact load test methods, etc. The revised standard adopts related content of ISO and the advanced foreign standard, thus may improve domestic product standards. Some problems existing in the JB /T 4175 -2006 standard to be solved in the future are presented, including the applicability of standard which does not cover type 42 wheel, improvement of the static unbalance coefficient K, proper wheel rotation test method, reasonable rotation strength test rules, etc.
