Cu-Sn 预合金粉造粒工艺对金刚石工具性能的影响

         

摘要

为了研究造粒工艺对 Cu–Sn 预合金粉金刚石工具性能的影响,添加不同种类、不同含量的造粒剂进行实验,并将相同条件下制备的造粒粉末进行不同温度的脱蜡处理,测试热压烧结制备的金刚石工具试样的力学性能。实验结果表明:KCP–1700是本实验中最适用的造粒剂;添加不同种类的造粒剂均使试样的力学性能降低;当混合粉中造粒剂含量超过130 mL/kg 时,试样力学性能下降幅度显著增大;400℃脱蜡处理基本可将造粒剂完全分解,使造粒粉末既能满足冷压工艺要求,又能满足烧结后的力学性能要求。%In order to study the influence of granulating process on the properties of Cu‐Sn prealloy powder diamond tools , the experiment was carried out through adding different types and different contents of granulating agents . Furthermore , the granulated powders prepared at the same condition were to be dewaxed at different temperatures . Then , the changes of mechanical properties of hot‐pressing sintering diamond tool samples were tested . The results showed that KCP‐1700 was the most applicable granulating agent in this experiment , and that adding different kinds of granulating agents all caused the reduction of mechanical properties of the samples . It was also shown that the mechanical properties of the mixed powder were significantly increased when the content of granulating agent was over 130 mL/ kg , and that 400 ℃ dewaxing process would basically make granulating agent completely decomposed , so the granulated powder could meet both the requirements of cold pressing process and the demand of mechanical properties of sintered sample at the same time .
