CGMS联合胰岛素泵对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖的控制

摘要

目的：对初诊2型糖尿病患者实施CGMS联合胰岛素泵治疗的血糖控制效果分析。方法选取该院在2013年12月-2014年12月实施治疗的42例初诊2型糖尿病患者，在对患者实施72 h血糖监测之后，实施胰岛素泵治疗，并采用动态血糖检测系统(CGMS)对患者血糖变化分析。结果通过对患者实施胰岛素泵治疗后，采用CGMS对患者凌晨2：00血糖、三餐后血糖、晚22：00血糖以及空腹血糖进行监测发现，和治疗前相比，之后患者不同时间段的血糖均现在显著偏低，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在初诊2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中，对其实施CGMS联合胰岛素泵治疗，能够对患者血糖实施有效控制，效果显著，值得推广。%Objective The purpose was to implementation CGMS in patients with type 2 diabetes with insulin pump therapy of blood sugar control effect analysis. Methods Select our hospital in December, 2013 - December 2014 implementation of the treatment of 42 cases of first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes, after the implementation of the 72 h blood glu-cose monitoring, implementation of insulin pump therapy, and USES the dynamic blood sugar monitoring system (CGMS) for patients with blood sugar change analysis. Results Through the implementation of insulin pump therapy on the patients, by CGMS patients' blood sugar, blood sugar after meals at 2:00 in the morning, evening 22:00 blood glucose and fasting plasma glucose monitoring found that compared with before treatment, patients after different time periods are now significantly lower blood sugar, the significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes in clinical treatment, the implementation of CGMS combined therapy with insulin pump, to be able to effectively control blood sugar in patients, obvious effect, is worth promoting.
