目的：探究中西医结合护理在糖尿病急性并发症的临床应用。方法选取该院2012年7月—2014年3月期间收治的126例糖尿病急性并发症患者，按照抽签法经期分为观察组以及对照组，每组患者为63例，予以对照组患者常规护理方法，观察组患者中西医结合护理方法。对两组患者护理前后的血糖水平以及护理满意度进行对比。结果两组患者通过护理后，其观察组患者的空腹血糖有所改善，明显少于对照组患者的空腹血糖，对照组患者的餐后2 h血糖明显大于观察组患者，经比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组的护理满意度，两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病急性并发症患者采用中西医结合护理方法，可以有效的控制其患者的血糖，具有显著的效果，值得在临床中推广应用。%objective: to explore the clinical application of combined Chinese and western medicine nursing in the acute complications of diabetes. Conclusion: combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing methods in patients with acute complications of diabetes, can effectively control the patient's blood sugar, has significant effect, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
