观察中医多途径给药治疗消渴病痹症的临床疗效

摘要

Objective The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of multiple routes Diabetes arthralgia analysis and discussion. Methods A hospital in February 2013 - December 2015 were treated 80 cases of Diabetes arthralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group patients received multiple routes TCM treatment, the control group of patients receiving Western medicine treatment, compared to their clinical efficacy. Results The patients with pain, pinprick and other neurological symptom score was significantly lower than the control group pa-tients(P<0.05); total effective rate was 92.50%, significantly higher than 70.00% of patients, the difference was statistical-ly significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared to Western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment of multiple routes can improve arthralgia Diabetes treatment efficiency, alleviate the clinical symptoms, effective, safe and reliable.%目的：对中医多途径给药治疗消渴病痹症的临床疗效进行分析和探讨。方法选取该院2013年2月-2015年12月收治的80例消渴病痹症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受中医多途径给药治疗，对照组患者接受西医的治疗，对比各自的临床疗效。结果观察组患者疼痛、针刺觉等神经系统症状积分均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)；治疗总有效率为92.50%，显著高于对照组患者的70.00%，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于西医治疗，中医多途径给药治疗可有效提高消渴病痹症的治疗有效率，缓解患者各项临床症状，疗效确切、安全可靠。
