Objective Diabetic cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation method and effect.Methods: The pa-tients in both the selection of clinical data from diabetic cataract patients in August 2013 - September 2015 admitted to a total of 44 cases, a total of 44, as the observation group. Choose the same period in our hospital clinical data of patients with non-diabetic cataract in 44 cases, a total of 43 cases, 43 eyes as a control group. All patients were treated with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Results Comparative observations, visual acuity of patients in the ob-servation group and the control group, slightly lower than the control group, but no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), incidence of postoperative complications compare two groups of patients, the results have significant differ-ences(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening preoperative preparation and postoperative management, strengthen operative pro-ficiency, active treatment of complications, in order to improve visual acuity.%目的：探讨糖尿病性白内障摘除人工晶体植入术的方法及疗效。方法该组病例中均选择自2013年8月—2015年9月收治的糖尿病性白内障患者的临床资料,共计44例,共计44眼,作为观察组。选择同期该院收治的44例非糖尿病性白内障患者的临床资料,共计43例,43眼,作为对照组。全部患者均给予白内障摘除人工晶体植入术治疗。观察组患者术前控制饮食,控制胰岛素及血糖,对比观察两组患者视力情况及并发症发生情况。结果对比观察发现,观察组患者各视力恢复与对照组比较,略低于对照组,但两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,结果相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强术前准备及术后处理,加强手术操作的熟练度,积极处理并发症,以有效改善患者视力。
