目的：总结糖尿病合并妇科疾病患者的围术期护理措施。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院住院治疗的68例糖尿病并发妇科疾病患者进行探讨，根据护理方式的不同将其分为常规组和围手术组，常规组患者给予常规护理，围手术组患者在常规护理基础上实施围手术期全面护理，并比较两组患者抑郁（SDS)和焦虑（SAS)评分情况、住院天数以及对护理服务满意度。结果围手术组患者SDS和SAS评分、住院天数以及患者对护理服务满意度均显著优于常规组（P<0.05)。结论临床上对糖尿病并发妇科疾病患者实施围手术期全面护理服务不仅能有效改善患者不良心理情绪，还能缩短患者住院时间和提高患者对护理服务满意度。%Objective Summary gynecological diseases diabetes mellitus Perioperative nursing.
