目的：分析研究老年糖尿病患者并消化性溃疡的临床特点。方法选择该院收治的200例老年糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者及200例老年消化性溃疡患者作为观察对象，收治时间为2013年1月-2015年1月，消化性溃疡患者为对照组，糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者为实验组，对两组老年患者的资料进行分析统计，观察两组老年患者临床特点、HP感染情况及溃疡部位。结果对照组老年消化性溃疡患者与实验组老年糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者之间对比的临床特点、HP感染情况及溃疡部位，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者HP感染现象较为多见，溃疡直径较大，且复合溃疡及胃溃疡发生情况较为常见。%Objective To study the clinical characteristics of peptic ulcer in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Meth-ods 200 cases of elderly diabetic patients with peptic ulcer and 200 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer were selected as the observation object. The patients with peptic ulcer were treated as the control group. The data from two groups were analyzed statistically. The clinical characteristics, HP infection and ulcer location were observed in the two groups. Results The clinical characteristics, HP infection and ulcer location of the elderly patients with peptic ulcer in the control group were significantly different from those in the experimental group (P< 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion HP infection in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and peptic ulcer is more common, and the diameter of ulcer is large, and it is common to have multiple ulcer and gastric ulcer.
