目的 分析妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及围生儿影响的临床护理体会. 方法 研究选择该院2013年11月-2015年6月50例妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇为对象作为观察组,并以该院同期无妊娠合并症孕产妇50例为对照组. 对比分析两组产妇剖宫产率、难产率、并对孕产妇合并症以及围生儿合并症进行比较,探讨妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇围生期护理措施. 结果 观察组剖宫产率、难产率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组孕产妇合并症包括妊高症、围生期感染、羊水过多、产后出血发生率均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 观察组围生儿合并症包括巨大儿、低血糖、生长受限、新生儿窒息发生率均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及围生儿影响大,可增加剖宫产率、难产率,增加孕产妇和围生儿不良结局,需强化围生期护理干预,有效控制妊娠期血糖水平,以改善母婴预后.%Objective Analysis of the clinical nursing experience of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus.
