According to Abrikosov flux magnetic structure theory, phase transition natUre of type- Ⅱ superconductors were studied for He, phase transition point from Messiner state to low field mixed state and’ Hc2 phase transition point from high field mixed state to normal state. It was found that the phase transition of type- Ⅱ superconductors at Hc1, point and He: Point are both second order phase transition, and the equations of specific heat difference for two phases are dependent on phase equilibrium curve. It was also proved that the theoretical values are in agreement with the experimental values within 90%.
