室温固化疏水性聚合物涂层研究

         

摘要

Ambient curable hydrophobic coatings received considerable attention during the past decade.In this study,a series of fluoropolymers with hydroxylic groups and an acid anhydride content polymer were synthesized by solution copolymerization under refluxing toluene.Their structures were characterized by FT-IR and DSC.In the presence of triethylamine,these two kinds of polymers were crosslinked with each other under ambient condition to form a coating with crosslinking degree up to 77%.With increasing the content of fluoromonomer in the feeding composition,the corresponding cured coating showed higher hardness and higher contact angle for water connected with other good properties in all instances.The contact angles were dependent to some extend on the structure of the fluoromonomers used and the hydrophobicity of the substrates.The present hydrophobic coating was further applied to copper surface.Compared with the uncoated one,the coated copper showed an improved performance for preventing the formation of frost on its surface.
